If one sees them standing in a stately form, or if one prays behind them, or follows them on the road, or eats something from their delicious food, or drinks from their drink, or if one is anointed with their perfume, or learns something from them, or acquires a particular knowledge from them in a dream, it demonstrates his trueness, faith in God’s oneness, following His Messenger and being faithful to his traditions.... If the one who sees God’s prophet Solomon in a dream practices sorcery, witchcraft, black magic, or invoking jinn or evil spirits, it means that he will profit from his trade and become wealthy after having lost hope in attaining such benefits, or he could triumph over his enemy.... He also has said – One who sees me in a dream will not enter the fire of hell.” Muslim theologians and scholars differ in opinion about the meaning of seeing God’s Prophet (uwbp) in a dream.... God knows best.... If one hears a human sound calling him from behind a cloud in a dream, it means that God willing he will attend a pilgrimage.... If one sees the all-encompassing sphere in a dream, it means that he will meet the Almighty Lord, the Master of the universes, God Almighty Himself or become the intimate friend of the greatest ruler in the world.... If one enters hell-fire then comes out of it in his dream, it means that, God willing, his life will culminate in paradise.... If it is heard during the month of November in a dream, it means blessings for the land, prosperity, the spreading of God’s words in a new land, the falling of a comet in a populated area, the death of a leader, a pollution that will devastate bird life, or a heavy rainstorm with limited damages.... If one sees it descending, or star-crossed, or burning in a dream, then it represents literary gatherings, poetic recitals, dream interpretation, poetry, singing, prayers, fasting, making a pilgrimage to God’s House in Mecca and offering religious devotion.... If one sees himself struggling with death in a dream, it means arguing about his religion, or doubt about God’s revelations.... In a dream, each one of God’s prophets, upon all of them be peace and blessings, is like a compassionate father toward his son, who is trying to save his child from the hell of this world and the hell-fire in the hereafter.... If a man of knowledge sees himself building a mosque as an offering to please God Almighty in a dream, it means that he will compile a study from which others will benefit or that people will seek his advice in religious matters or inter- pretations.... A stronger inter- pretation is to say that one who sees God’s Prophet (uwbp) in a dream has seen him in reality however his resemblance may appear.... If a sick person sees her in a dream, it means that he will recover by God’s mercy and grace, since her name was ‘Rahma’ (Mercy).... (Prophet David, upon whom be peace.) If one sees him in a dream, it means that he will gain power, authority, commit a sin, become an ascetic, be tried and oppressed by an unjust person, then he will be saved by God’s leave and regain the upper hand over his enemy.... If a prophet of God Almighty beats a righteous and a sincere believer in a dream, it means that he will attain peace and salvation in his life in the hereafter.... Like that, in the book of ‘gharh al-S_hama-il’ of Imam Al- Tirmithi, it is also stated that Satan cannot impersonate God Almighty, His signs, prophets or angels.... God knows best what He has reserved for His creation and He is the best of judges.... When one invokes the sovereign attributes of God Almighty at the sight of a cemetery or a ruin, and if he follows that by crying and lamenting in the dream, it means stress caused by affiliation with such monuments.... Seeing him with some disfeatures in a dream, a deficiency or distortion in one’s application of his religious duties, for God’s Prophet (uwbp) is like a mirror that portrays the one standing before it.” In this sense, the person seeing the dream can recognize his own state.... It also means increase in one’s devotion if one sees himself perpetually glorifying, praising and remembering God Almighty.... Living in the time of one of God’s prophets on earth in a dream means honor, dignity, success, piety and wealth if one is suited for such gifts.... If he is an atheist, it means that he will become a believer and God Almighty will forbid his flesh to hell-fire.... It also means that the pillar of the faith, the righteous guide of the believers and God’s vice-regent on earth Al-Mahdi will soon emerge to dwell in that town.... If one sees himself then invoking blessings upon the deceased in the dream, it means that God Almighty has forgiven him his sins.... If someone suffering from distress sees God’s Prophet (uwbp) in a dream, it means that his difficulties will be removed.... (Faith | Prayers | Gratitude | Piety | Fear of wrongdoing | Repentance | Reward | Strength | Truthfulness) If one sees himself prostrating in submission to God Almighty in a dream, it means that he will be cured of arrogance, and he will establish the correct spiritual and religious life, quickly achieve what his heart desires in both spiritual and material gains, and he will triumph over his enemy.... While looking on these white flowers as you pass, and you suddenly feel your spirit leave your body and a voice shouts aloud {Glory to God, my Creator} foretells that a crisis is pending in your near future.... If one sees himself walking through green fields in a dream, it means striving to do good, charitable deeds and leading a devout life not knowing whether his deeds will be accepted by God Almighty or not.... Suffering from dry skin condition in a dream means having spent one’s money in ways that do not please God Almighty, borrowing money from people, losing it and failure to repay one’s debts.... The holy Ka’aba is God’s House, and thereat people will be gathered and led into paradise.... The holy Ka’aba in a dream also represents God’s House, a mosque, a community center of all Muslims, and it represents a teacher, a guide, Islam, the holy Qur’an, the prophetic traditions, one’s son, a religious scholar, a shaikh, a master, a husband, one’s mother, and the heavenly paradise.... This is to mean that since no Satan can impersonate God’s Prophet (uwbp), then whatever appearance he displays in one’s dream is true.... It also could mean temporary loss of one’s sight, finding a missing child, or suffering a trial because of one’s attachment to his blood ties, though God willing, the results will be positive.... Wearing the cloak of one of God’s prophets in a dream means attaining one’s goals, or presiding over people, or acquiring true knowledge.... Seeing oneself in Mecca mixing with departed souls who are inquiring from him about the world in a dream means to die testifying to the Oneness of God Almighty and to the prophethood of His Messenger, upon whom be peace.... If one takes his ritual ablution from it in the dream, it means that he will escape from danger by God’s leave, and if he drinks from its water, it means that he will receive a financial gift from a person in authority.... Thus, whoever sees God’s Prophet (uwbp) in any appearance in a dream, it is as if has seen him in reality, regardless whether one sees him as a young man, or at the time of delivering his message, or as an old person.... If one sees himself wearing a shirt of clouds in a dream, it means blessings that God Almighty has favored him with.... Seeing God’s prophet Jacob (uwbp) in a dream also means dispersal of one’s family that will be followed by a joyful reunion.... If a king, or a ruler sees himself building a mosque as an offering for God’s pleasure in a dream, it means that he will rule his subjects with justice, command what is lawful and forbid what is unlawful.... Such a calamity will be of the same caliber, degree and nature that a messenger of God Almighty may have suffered from his own people.... Eating from someone else’s hand in a dream means good absti- nence and trusting in God Almighty as one’s sole sustainer.... If a man of knowledge sees himself wearing a woolen garb in a dream, it means that he is leaning toward an ascetic life, or that he will become a caller to God’s path, teach people to love the eternal comfort of the hereafter and to despise the temporary pleasures of this world.... He will then be granted victory, and God willing, all his needs will be satisfied.... Seeing God’s prophet Jacob (uwbp) in a dream also means business, travels, rising prices, stashing merchandise then revealing it.... A house garden in a dream also represents one’s private devotion, fasting, asceticism, piety, fear of wrongdoing, celebrating God’s praises and exalting His holiness.... Seeing God’s Prophet (uwbp) in his known and recognized appear- ance in a dream means that the one seeing the dream is a pious person, that his integrity is inviolable, and that his success is unquestionable.... Entering the holy Mosque in Mecca and praying on the roof of the holy Ka’aba in a dream represents peace, tranquility, presiding over others, it also means that one will become victorious wherever one goes, though with a questionable conduct, he also may follow innovation and depart from the traditions and teachings of God’s Messenger, upon whom be peace.... If one sees the holy Ka’aba as his own house in a dream, the holy Ka’aba then represents the Imam of all Muslims who is the representative and vice-regent of God’s Messenger (uwbp), and it means that one truly follows the Imam....
